These Middle TN lenders have earned my recommendation by providing consistent, excellent service to my clients. Why should you consider these lenders?
More than competitive rates. The fact is, most mortgage lenders have similar loan products, financing terms, and interest rates. The lenders above do each have unique products to differentiate themselves from typical lenders. (Most lenders in TN participate in THDA funding, for example. But how many offer 100% conventional loans (Alonzo Stanley, Synovus), 5% down payment assistance grants (Ryan Boody, Land & Home), or Heroes Rebates (Mark Sullivan, USA Mortgage)?
Getting pre-qualified doesn't matter if the lender can't close. The deciding factors in choosing a lender are:
- experience - knows the products and the process
- honesty - doesn't over-promise
- communication - is available when you need them and keeps everyone in the loop
- record - years of successful closings with borrowers like you
The loan officer's ability to get your loan through underwriting so that you can have a successful closing on time and with no surprises matters more than anything else. You can't go wrong with any of the lenders on this page.
